Ingredients
  

Casserole

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For an extra crispy topping, add crushed pork rinds or parmesan cheese before baking. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
