Ingredients

  • 12 oz 340g pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or penne)
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Combine: Toss the cooked pasta with the creamy avocado sauce until evenly coated.
  • Serve: Garnish with red pepper flakes, extra Parmesan, or fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, omit Parmesan or use nutritional yeast.
Best served fresh, as avocado may brown if stored.
Pairs well with grilled chicken or shrimp for added protein.
