In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce, followed by half of the remaining meat sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat with another layer of ravioli, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, try using spinach or mushroom ravioli. Serve with garlic bread and a fresh salad for a complete meal!
