Lazy Lasagna Recipe

  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 20 oz frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  • Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce, followed by half of the remaining meat sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat with another layer of ravioli, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, try using spinach or mushroom ravioli. Serve with garlic bread and a fresh salad for a complete meal!
