Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coarse sea salt
  • 2 lemons zested

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the coarse sea salt with fresh lemon zest.
  • Mix well to evenly distribute the lemon zest throughout the salt.
  • Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and let it air dry for a few hours, or speed up the process by baking at the lowest oven temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  • Once dry, store the lemon salt in an airtight container for future use.
