Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, milk, jalapeño, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and all spices. Mix until just combined.
Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, hot sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to make the spicy glaze.
Spread half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes, then spread the remaining glaze over the meatloaf and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For an extra smoky flavor, add a teaspoon of chipotle powder to the glaze. Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a hearty meal!
